No Sew Fleece Blankets

Question: Does anyone know how to make a no sew fleece blanket?

Get 2 pieces of fleece. the same size. depending on what size blanket you want, i usually gowith 2 yards each. lay one on top on the other on the floor if you have enough room. Make a 4inch cut about 3-4 inches from the corner, then spance ouit your next cut about an inch over and another 4 inchesup. so this all the way around each side leaving about 4 inches fromeach corner so you and cut those pieces off. then tie one top piece to the botton piece.make sure you go even and dont skip any pieces. its like missing a button of your shirt it messes it up and you will have to start over:)good luck!

It costs however much buying wo large pieces of fleece does if you have the rest of the equipment. You lay the 2 pieces on top of one another and pin them, then you cut an inch or 2 in every 1/ 2 inch along the edges. Use one of those pizza-cutter looking things you get at craft stores and make sure to cut on one of those self-healing plastic mats. When you're done tie all the fringes of the top to all the fringes of the bottoms one by one.

Use sized panels of fleece,sandwich them, stuff, then fray the ends and tie together

Step 1: Obtain fleece Step 2: Cut to desired specifications. Step 3: Use as blanket. Fleece is a type of material that does not fray (like cotton fabrics) so you don't need to hem it in fear it will fray into tiny threads and nothing more. You can just cut it and go. Usually, Fleece is about 5 - 10 dollars per yard. I've made fleece blankets using 1 1/ 2 yards. Fleece prices vary by design.
